Services offered:







Mental Health Outpatient, Transitional services (housing assistance, shelter, domestic violence, probation assistance, counseling and life coaching), Psychiatric Evaluation,s, Medication Management for mental illness and/or substance abuse, Psychotherapy, and Substance Abuse Outpatient.















They help and teach coping skills for recovery whether it be from domestic violence, mental illness, substance abuse or even all the above.















Call for appointment.















This is not a free center.















They accept Medicaid and Medicare and can also provide service assistance to those who have low or no income and no insurance.















Office hours are Monday - Thursday: 9am - 4pm and Friday- Saturday by appointment only.
