Grace House is an 11 bed women's sober living home located in downtown Brunswick, GA. We provide a safe place for those struggling with addiction to encounter Jesus and the freedom found in recovery through the 12 steps.



12 Step Recovery

We believe that working the 12 steps and developing a network of sober women are the keys to sustaining recovery and achieving success. The day you arrive you will be required to attend recovery meetings daily and begin working with a sponsor immediately. Honesty, open-mindedness, and willingness are all that is needed to make a beginning. You will also meet weekly with our addiction counselor who will guide and support you throughout your time in our program.



Christ Centered Relationships

Jesus is the center of our ministry. Through weekly bible study and active church involvement, you will have the opportunity to grow in your relationship with Christ or meet Him for the first time. If you are skeptical, unsure, or even angry at God we will meet you where you are without judgement. You will be paired up with your own spiritual mentor who will meet weekly with you to answer questions, guide you in your faith, or will just be your friend.



Self-Sufficiency

We believe that learning how to be self sufficient is a vital part of living a sober life. In active addiction, we depend on others to provide what we need and to take care of our messes. Once you arrive at Grace House, you will get a full time job and pay your own way through our program. 100% of our residents all have gotten jobs within the first 30 days of being here. You will too!



Accountability

We are a family at Grace House which means we work together. We help each other to grow in our faith and recovery by holding one another accountable. Through relationships with your roommates and our staff, you will have the accountability you need to build integrity and live an honest life that you can be proud of. No more secrets! No more hiding!



Volunteering

Our house is generously supported by numerous individuals and organizations in Glynn county and beyond through financial contributions or direct donations. Giving back to our community is an important part of our program at Grace House. Through weekly volunteering, our residents give of their time and service to helping others in need within our area.



Structure

We do have rules at Grace House. They are set up to keep the house a safe place for you and your roommates. We remove distractions to allow the focus needed to work on yourself and your recovery. When you arrive, we will sit down with you and make sure the structure and rules of the program are clearly explained. If the rules are broken, there will be consequences and at times, depending on the the circumstances, could result in dismissal from the program.



*** Cost to reserve a bed is $800 and will cover your first month's rent. Your rent will be $180/week which you will pay yourself through employment you will find during your first 30 days.
