Meridian House is a residential group home designed to help residents gain the skills they need to maintain their sobriety and live successfully within the community.















Residents stay, on average, nine to twelve months while experiencing program activities that are designed to produce therapeutic and educational change in the individuals.















Meridian House has more than 35 years of experience treating adult men and women suffering from addiction.















Residents may also access all outpatient services, including addiction and psychiatry offered by our Noddles Island Addiction Services Department.
