    The Missouri Coalition of Recovery Support Providers (MCRSP) is responsible for accrediting recovery residences in Missouri. Having become an affiliate of the National Alliance of Recovery Residences (NARR) and adopting NARR approved standards, MCRSP has accredited more than 150 residences across the state, representing more than 1,400 beds across the state.  If you need to find help for yourself or a loved one, please contact one of our accredited programs on the following list.
