Southern California Alcohol and Drug Programs Inc. (SCADP) strives to provide a culturally diverse continuum of care and treatment for substance use disorder (SUD) and related problems. We are dedicated to serving our communities with treatment and services that address issues of homelessness, personal/financial, domestic violence, depression, mental health/ co-occurring disorders, long-term welfare dependence, criminality, traumas, HIV/AIDS, vocational and educational planning, recovery support, and community linkages.
