Vocational Instruction Project Inc. is a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed facility.

VIP runs homeless shelters for women and assists them in finding permanent housing and referrals to needed services. Transitional housing is a community residential program designed for women in recovery in their transition to the community.Our client-centered approach empowers people to take charge of their lives and discover their personal paths to self-sufficiency.Since 1974, VIP has been changing lives and transforming our community-and beyond.
